Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must remain sealed (i.e., not removed from its original wrapper or pocket).
Products that have been opened, unsealed, or installed are not eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances.
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund for any damaged or incorrect items. The video must clearly show the package condition and product being unboxed in one continuous take, without cuts or edits.
Important Instructions
Please inspect the package immediately upon receiving it.
Verify the model and condition of the product before opening the seal or wrapper.
We strongly advise consulting a professional or experienced mechanic to confirm compatibility before removing the product from its packaging.
Any damage or defect must be reported with the unboxing video as evidence.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
The product has been unsealed or used.
The product is damaged due to improper handling or installation.
There is no valid unboxing video in case of a damage/defect claim.
The refund request is made after 7 days of product delivery.
